In order to use Opexar, you need a license. Depending on your needs and intentions select one of the following license types. Comparison of License Types

TRIAL
To get a free TRIAL license, download Opexar, install it, then start it. Opexar TRIAL lets you experiment with Opexar and solve simple Real Options examples in an educational environment. Before activating any other license type you need to download and install Opexar TRIAL first. The TRIAL license is a free license.
Non-commercial license: Free of charge

Educational
Get this license type if you want to work with Opexar for learning or teaching Real Options applications. The EDU license is a low-cost license with less restrictions than the TRIAL license.

Discounted Cash Flow Analysis
Get this license type if you want to apply Opexar mainly for Discounted Cash Flow Analysis. The DCF license only allows the number of options the TRIAL version does.
